Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your recordings, transcripts, and data are removed, and your personal encryption key is destroyed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, select Legacy, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Every piece of your journal content is encrypted at rest with keys unique to your account, and we never sell your data or use it to train AI models. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
